And just like that, the Holidays are already upon us. I’m generally a last-minute Christmas-list-compiler and shopper, but this year I made a conscious effort to get my holiday shopping completed early. Thanks to my friends at MR PORTER, I got a head-start on rounding-up a few of my Favorite Things…
From winter gear to tech must-haves, I’ve scoured and shopped MR PORTER to bring you my favorites and what I’m asking Santa for this holiday season! This Herringbone Cashmere Scarf is the first piece that’s on the list – I love it. It’s thin and surprisingly warm and goes with pretty much all the winter coats in my closet. The light blue herringbone is a nice subtle pop in the season’s sea of blacks & greys. The watch is from Uniform Wares – super sleek and sexy. The white face and leather band make this watch classic and versatile, and the rose gold never hurt!! I’m sporting a classic Woven Leather Belt from Anderson’s. I used to have this belt growing up and really appreciate the fact that I’m not tied down to holes spaced an inch and a half away ~ sometimes holiday season hits and our clothes start feeling a little tighter, okay?!
While I’m not rocking them here, I’ve been lusting after Common Project’s Chelsea Boot for years. They’re sleek and the ideal boot for fall and winter. Their all-white Leather Sneaker made my list also as I’m already looking forward to warmer weather and sporting them with shorts! Confession: I’ve never owned anything from Thom Brown, let alone tried any of his garments on. I fell in love with this Striped Cashmere Sweater with buttons on the sleeve and sides and the signature Thom Browne stripes running on the arm. It’s simple and the fact that it’s cashmere means that it’s the ideal first layer for colder days. 
The Master & Dynamic headphones sound even sexier than they look ~ which is hard to believe, I know. While wireless and pods are all the rage, I love the classic look of these leather over-the-ear headphones. The backpack is a Prada Leather-Trimmed Shell Backpack – and even though it’s not what I’m slinging my camera in every day, it’s the perfect size for running around town and having a stylish tote to toss your belongings in!

As far as tech accessories and stocking-stuffers go, I’ve got you covered. I wouldn’t say I’m the biggest “candle-person,” but I’ve started to become a “burner” … I guess you could say. Byredo’s Scented Candle has become a favorite with leathery notes and subtle vanillas and plum accents (omg, listen to me.. total burner!!). The black marble iPhone case and charger from Native Union are classy AF. There’s a white option as well that’s just as beautiful! For all, you travelers out there, a Shinola’s Passport Case and Luggage Tag are great investments to keep your passport safe and that black bag identifiable. and the beautiful horween leather will break in beautifully over time.
