For so many people, exercise is a way to reset, reduce anxiety or work towards a personal fitness goal. With the current COVID-19 pandemic, we’re all dealing with a lot of “new normals” – and one of those things is the mass closure of gyms.

Also, one of my favorite fitness apps, SHRED just added a new at-home section with mostly bodyweight exercises and minimal equipment. For a core workout, I’ve always loved 6-Pack Promise from ATHLEAN-X and will usually finish-up every workout with around!

- Jump rope
