Today we’re going rock climbing! Okay, okay. So it’s not your typical rock climbing out in Colorado or at an indoor climbing wall, but it’s the closest thing we’ve got in NYC – the boulders in Central Park! I’m out here climbing to see if a pant from Dockers and has as much give as its name implies it does – ‘Supreme Flex’!
The reason for this adventure is because I wanted to test out Docker’s Alpha Supreme Flex Khaki Pants. They’re a skinny fit trouser with some really great flexibility and comfort. The 5-pocket pant has a flat design in the front with two slant front pockets to give it a clean look. . My favorite thing about these pants is that they don’t look like a “stretch pant.” They feel like a regular chino with 84% cotton and 16% Elastane ~ that’s a whole lotta give! While my test definitely wasn’t close to anything scientific, the pants passed my stretch-test! They are super comfortable and almost stretched like a legging without looking like one!
I added a navy Pocket Tee, and I have to say – this is the first tee I’ve gotten from Dockers and I love the fit. It’s a simple shirt, but they nailed the cut of this. If they had this in 5 colors, I would get every single one! It’s just a great base layer – like I’ve styled it here – and can be worn year-round! For my top layer, I threw on a Full Zip Sweater Fleece Jacket from Dockers. One of my favorite things about this piece besides the stand-out pocket is the size of the collar. I didn’t notice until the third time I wore it, but the cut of the collar is modern and gives the jacket a really polished look. I paired this outfit with grey sneakers, but white is another great option, especially if you want your shoes to pop!
