I recently learned that I’ll be traveling to Havana, Cuba in a few weeks and couldn’t be more excited about the opportunity. To celebrate, I figured I’d pay homage with a celebratory summer drink and an original Cuban cocktail ~ The Mojito! To me, the mojito is one of the ultimate summer drinks. It’s crisp, light and refreshing, and such a crowd-pleaser… To celebrate Cuba, I’ve partnered with Cayman Jack after discovering their amazing-tasting prepared cocktail.
