Last week, I got quite lucky the R&R experience of a lifetime after a hectic weekend at Coachella. I flew to Scottsdale, AZ to attend the Massage Envy Summit to experience the brand first hand and absorb what Massage Envy is all about! Massage Envy’s whole mission is to help people feel their best and to help YOU take care of YOU. They’re mostly known for their therapeutic massages, but they actually are providing total body care. I’m beyond thrilled to announce that I’ve been selected as one of Massage Envy’s Ambassadors for 2017. I will be working with them closely to highlight a variety of their services (old and new!) and rad products. That’ll be a great year as they’re rolling out some pretty exciting new things and disrupting the industry once again. 
So this past week I attended the Massage Envy Ambassador Summit with a pretty rad group of bloggers and writers and we were immersed in all-things Massage Envy. We heard from their CEO and other executives for a behind-the-scenes look into how the business has grown, and where they’re excited to take it.
At the summit, I had an opportunity to get a first-hand experience with the skincare products Massage Envy will soon offer, an aromatherapy line and their new service Total Body Stretch.
They have a whole extended skincare service and will be rolling out quite a number of new products and services – such as chemical peels and Microderm Infusion – over the next few months. I had the opportunity to try their Microderm Infusion, which is a propriety service that combines microdermabrasion with precision-timed hydration from serum to deliver effective skin resurfacing results. I had an instant glow and felt so fresh!
I wasn’t too familiar with the important role essential oils can play in one’s health & wellbeing and was schooled by the other bloggers who were well versed in the benefits of essential oils (lookin’ at you The Healthy Maven!). From relieving stress, sickness, muscle ache, and headaches, essential oils have been proven throughout history for the benefits of aromatherapy. And from candles, inhalers, oils, and rollers, Massage Envy provides a large range of essential oil applications from rareEssence.
Starting mid-May, Massage Envy will be the first national brand to offer Total Body Stretch. I’ve been in and out of Physical therapy for the past few years and know how important stretching is. It’s not just for professional athletes. It offers muscular and skeletal re-alignment and an extended range of motion. Total Body Stretch offers a series of movements, connecting the mind and body to allow the stretch to move beyond the inherent resistance.
